1. What Consular AI is
Consular AI is a visa intelligence platform that produces probabilistic assessments of visa applications based on user-provided information and documented embassy decision patterns. Our service includes a scoring engine, machine learning model, document analysis, and AI-generated advisory reports.
Important: Consular AI is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or regulated immigration adviser. Our reports do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee any visa outcome. We are not affiliated with any embassy, High Commission, visa application centre, or government authority.
2. Your responsibilities
- Accuracy: You must provide truthful, accurate information. Providing false information to obtain a visa assessment — or using our report to support a fraudulent application — is solely your responsibility and may constitute a criminal offence.
- Your application: You are solely responsible for the visa application you submit to any government authority. Consular AI plays no role in submitting, reviewing, or approving your application.
- Professional advice: For complex immigration matters, you should consult a qualified immigration solicitor or OISC-regulated adviser. Our report does not replace legal advice.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Payments and refunds
- All payments are processed by Flutterwave and are subject to Flutterwave's terms.
- Assessment fees are charged per assessment, not per subscription.
- Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment if the report has not yet been generated.
- Once a report has been generated and delivered, no refund is available — regardless of the visa outcome.
- Payment confirmation does not guarantee a specific verdict — it confirms access to the assessment service.
4. Limitation of liability
Consular AI provides assessments on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for:
- Visa refusals or adverse immigration decisions, regardless of our assessment outcome.
- Financial loss arising from a visa refusal or delay.
- Reliance on our report as a substitute for professional legal advice.
- Inaccuracies in our assessment arising from incomplete or incorrect information you provided.
Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific assessment in question.
5. Intellectual property
The Consular AI platform, scoring engine, machine learning model, report templates, and all associated software and content are the intellectual property of Consular AI. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.
Your assessment report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell or commercially distribute reports generated by Consular AI.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, provide false information, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@getconsularai.com.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
